This symposium focuses on cutting-edge research areas including brain mechanisms of speech cognition, language development and aging across the lifespan, language disorders and language health, as well as intelligent technologies and artificial intelligence applications. It systematically explores specific topics such as the neural-cognitive basis of syntactic Merge and labeling operations, cognitive and neural mechanisms underlying age-related changes in language production, intelligent assessment of Mandarin pronunciation in children, precise evaluation and intervention for language disorders, and AI-enabled language services and industrial applications. Centered on interdisciplinary integration, the conference aims to build a high-level academic exchange platform, advance scientific understanding of the principles of speech cognition and mechanisms of language health, promote deep integration of fundamental theoretical innovation, clinical translation, and empowerment via intelligent technologies, and facilitate high-quality frontier advancement in speech-language science and language health.
